We manufacture blades for the different recycling processes, working across various sectors, such as plastic, tyres or scrap metal.

Our work is fully immersed in an issue that is, and increasingly so, exponentially important: the recycling of industrial and post-consumer products.

Alongside all this, we pay close attention to the rapid technological evolution of the industry, which becomes a challenge for us, motivates us to seek better solutions and adapt progressively to meet the needs of the industry… and of the world.

WORK

As mentioned above, we manufacture blades for recycling various materials according to their uses. Below, the different materials and uses are described.

• Plastic. We manufacture blades for plastic recycling in its various stages; from shredding in single-shaft shredders or mills, to agglomeration or pelletising to obtain the pellets. We also manufacture the accessories needed for this type of machinery.

The benefits of recycling plastic? Many; 84% energy savings, resource savings, improved air quality, reduction in greenhouse gases, a contribution to slowing climate change, etc.

• Tyres. We also play a part in the tyre recycling process. Our blades are used both for primary shredding and for refining rubber in mills or scrapers, including pre-shredding mills. Likewise, we can supply primary accessory material for such machinery.

Benefits of recycling tyres? Countless; tyres require a tremendous amount of energy to manufacture and produce polluting gas emissions, which makes their recycling an essential task. Recycling them brings a noticeable benefit to the planet and likewise helps to stop climate change.

• Scrap metal. We also contribute to recycling scrap metal. Our blades are used for pressing, shredding, demolition, cutting or packaging. We also manufacture circular blades for stripping or shredding electrical cable, as well as the necessary accessories.

The benefits of scrap metal recycling? Primarily, recycling it removes tonnes of metal waste from scrap dumps, which is potentially dangerous for the environment, and of course the greatest benefit is that it allows it to be reused, as in all the previous cases.
