01Materials
Everything starts with the selection of the material. We work with the best quality European steels and we have a constant stock of more than 150 tons to provide a quick service to our customers.
02Machining
We have several CNC machining centers to obtain the best performance and give our customers the most competitive prices.
03Tempering
With our tempering and annealing ovens, we can obtain the most suitable hardness for each tool and this allows us to customize the blades for each customer.
04Grinding
Once the blade is machined and tempered, we move on to the grinding process, for which we have the most modern machinery on the market.
05Quality Control
After completing the manufacturing process, our quality department carries out an exhaustive dimensional and hardness control of the blades.
06Marking
Once the quality of the product is verified, we proceed to laser marking each blade, with its reference, manufacturing date, customer name or any other data you need.
